cANCELLATION POLICY
- When you make a booking with us, you are reserving a time with us that is no longer available to other customers. A booked appointment also precludes our ability to do any other work in that timeframe, so last-minute cancellations can severely impact our ability to run a profitable business.
- We appreciate that you give as much notice as possible regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or conditions that may affect our ability to provide you with our services.
CANCELLATION FEES
We understand unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or move an appointment. We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients.
If you are unwell with a contagious illness, please contact us ASAP to reschedule your appointment promptly. (Cancellation policy will still apply if under 24hrs).
The following fees will apply to clients who do not "show up" for or cancel or reschedule within 24hours of their appointment.
LESS THAN 24HRS BEFORE
Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24hours before your appointment will incur a fee of $40, which will be charged to the debit card provided at the time of booking.
LESS THAN 12HRS BEFORE Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment less than 12 hours before their appointment will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service fee.
NO SHOWS OR CHANGES MADE LESS THAN 1 HR BEFORE
Cancellations or changes less than 1 hr before appointment or “No shows” will be charged a fee equivalent to 100% of your booked service and the fee will be charged to the debit card provided at the time of booking. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment ("No Shows") will not be able to book future appointments with Lucky Lashes. The above fees for late cancellations/rescheduling or “no shows” will be charged to the debit card that you provide to us at the time of booking and will only be charged IF you incur a fee for late cancellation or do not show up to your appointment.
If we need to charge a cancellation fee to your account and your provided debit card can not be debited you will not be able to book a new appointment until the fee is paid in full. We thank you for your understanding.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking within 24hours of your appointment due to unforeseeable circumstances outside your control (for example Government Order to Isolate) you may be eligible to have the cancellation fee waived.
If you need to cancel or reschedule due to Covid19 related issues and can provide evidence that you were prevented from attending your appointment due to isolation orders please contact Lucky Lashes on 0450 169 503.
Please be aware that if you had to cancel due to Covid19 exposure and isolation requirements you may be required to provide evidence that you are 'Covid- Free', or allow at least 14days before booking another appointment with us.

REMINDER: Debit Card Authorisation Hold
- After completing a booking with Lucky Lashes you may notice an authorisation hold of $1 dollar in your account. This is not a charge from Lucky Lashes. It is a temporary hold made by our merchant to check that your card is valid and that there are funds available on the card. The hold will be removed after your appointment.
rEFUNDS
- Please be aware that we only offer refunds in circumstances where there is a major issue with the service. If you have a major problem with our service we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
