How to Purchase
- Gift Vouchers are purchased online through our booking platform, Acuity Scheduling. To purchase a gift voucher, select the "Gift Certicate" option beneath "Choose Appointment Type" category. How to REDEEM a gift Voucher
- Lucky Lashes gift vouchers can be redeemed at the time of booking via our online booking system. To redeem a gift voucher, enter the gift voucher number in the gift voucher field when confirming your booking.
- Visit Booking Page
- Select Your Appointment and confirm chosen date and time
- Enter Contact details and review our Salon Policy
- Before you confirm your booking > click the "redeem gift certificate" button
- Enter your voucher number > click apply
- If you have entered a valid voucher number the gift card balance will be applied to the booking. Please note: If the booking amount exceeds the total value of the gift card you will still need to pay the remaining balance.
Is there a Physical Copy of the Gift Voucher?
- Gift Vouchers are issued and redeemed electronically, however if you would like a physical copy of the gift voucher so that you can 'gift' it to that special somebody, please contact Lucky Lashes with your name, voucher number and voucher amount and we will organise a physical hard-copy.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12months from the date of purchase.
My gift voucher is a gift for somebody else, how do I send it to them?
- After purchasing a gift voucher an automated email will be sent to the emai address that you provided when purchasing the giftcard. This email will contain your receipt and gift certificate code. It will also contain a unique URL link to the giftcard that you can print out.
- You can print the gift card out using the link in the email, or send the link to the 'giftee'.
- Lucky Lashes can also provide a nice hard copy of the gift voucher that you can use to gift to your loved one. If you would like this please contact Lucky Lashes to arrange.
- Reminder: Please treat your gift voucher like cash and only share the gift voucher code with your intended gift recipient.
Lucky Lashes Gift Voucher - Terms and Conditions
- Gift Voucher Terms Of Use:
- Gift vouchers may be used for payment of Lucky Lashes services and products only. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Lucky Lashes will invoice the difference and this must be paid as per Lucky Lashes service policy.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and bookings must be made within this period. Bookings using a gift voucher must be made online via the Lucky Lashes booking page and the voucher number entered in the gift voucher field at the time of booking.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Gift vouchers that are photocopied or altered in any way will not be accepted by Lucky Lashes.
